- 10-Year Limited Warranty: Diamond Pro Nano Ceramic Window Tint is covered for a period of 10 years from the date of installation.
- Warranty Terms and Conditions:
- Installation by Authorized Dealers: To qualify for this warranty, the window tint must be professionally installed by an authorized Diamond Pro dealer. Proof of installation will be required. (Submitted to the digital Diamond Pro warranty program.)
- Protection Against Fading and Discoloration: We guarantee that Diamond Pro Nano Ceramic Window Tint will not significantly fade or discolor during the warranty period. Any fading or discoloration beyond the industry-standard will be covered. • Adhesive Failure: Our warranty covers adhesive failure, such as bubbling, peeling, or blistering. The tint will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
- Delamination: In the unlikely event of delamination, where layers of the tint separate, we will provide a replacement.
- Cracking and Bubbling: Should your window tint exhibit any cracking or bubbling not caused by external factors, we will take care of the necessary repairs or replacements.
- Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from accidents, misuse, improper cleaning or maintenance, or alterations made to the tint by unauthorized personnel. • Damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasives, or sharp objects is not covered under this warranty.
- In cases of warranty claims, we reserve the right to repair or replace the affected window tint with a similar product of equal value.
